If you are a member of IAF then you are eligible for the member rate.

How do I add a particular session to my registration?

Follow the website instruction for session selection, session once selected cannot be changed once registration is completed

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

We would not advise it as you will miss out on important experiences and learning, under unavoidable circumstances, you can attend 1 day, however, cost will remain the same.

What is the conference schedule? When will it open?

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

If, in any circumstance, you are unable to attend the Conference, you can send a replacement delegate.

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before
I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?

Kindly write an email to india.iaf.conference@gmail.com and we will send the invitation letter.

My question is not listed here. Whom do I contact? I need an invoice before my organisation will pay for me to attend. Is this possible?

Yes. In this situation, you will need to pay the fees applicable for Corporate i.e. Rs.15000/- per delegate.

Is there a transaction fee when I pay with credit card?

What all is included in my accommodation?

Inclusions in the rooms - tea kettle, milk powder, sugar, tea bag, coffee sachet, jar water, gents/ladies toiletry kit (one time only), bath towel, hand towel, TV, AC, geyser, inter com, LAN, wi fi, no room service. All meals starting from registration to next day evening tea.

How much time will it take to travel from Mumbai or
Pune airport to the venue?

Mumbai airport to Venue approximately 2 hours 15 minutes. Pune airport to Venue approximately 1 hour 45 mins.

What are the transport options to reach the
Venue from Mumbai or Pune airport?
  • You can reach Lonavala by road, you may book a cab from the airport or take a bus.
  • The distance from Mumbai Airport to the venue is 90 kms, while from Pune Airport is 75kms.
  • Cost from Mumbai airport to Venue -approximately INR 1900 to INR 2700 (Uber/ Ola outstation cabs).
  • Cost from Pune airport to Venue approximately INR1600 to INR 2000. (Uber/ Ola outstation cabs).
  • Contact details of other transport porviders will be provided at a date closer to conference. These transport operators may be contacted in groups and transport from varipus pick up points can be coordinated by travellers.

Please refer to the photo of the specific room allotted for your session to gauge this.

Will I get help in setting up the room before my session?

Yes, to some extent….from L&T staff and your session buddy

Will I get to see the feedback for my session
immediately after my session?

We are working on the feedback mechanism. We can confirm this closer to the conference date.
