Who we are

About IAF India

IAF India is an energising community of facilitators from diverse walks of life. With presence in 6 Hubs across the country, IAF India has been making strides in bringing facilitation to Corporates and now the Academia too.

After 2 people attended the Asia Conference in August 2006, the first facilitation related association was formed with 5 people in June 2009 and was called the Bangalore Facilitator Network.

Governance Structure

The governing body of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) is a global Board of Directors. Each Director is elected by fellow IAF members and serves on the Board in a voluntary capacity. The Board establishes and oversees the Association’s operational and strategic plans, on behalf of the membership and in service to the profession of facilitation.
