I joined IAF in 2016 and during the last 5 years, I have gained tremendously (joy and value) on aspects such as group processes and facilitating as a way of human interaction.

The tribe is full of energy & engagement and is ever ready to support each other.

It has been an evolution journey undertaken by me being a part of IAF India. A whole process of deep diving into self and coming out as a reformed person was facilitated with the help of learning received from all the members. The genuine and open hearted sharing is exceptional in comparison to being a member of any other learning organization.

Since joining IAF, had improved our Learning systems introducing Group Process Facilitation (GPF) in technical leaning. In a workshop, we used few processes to learn technical subjects for the sales team. GPF helped to learn collaboratively, improved knowledge and soft skills. Had gained and created tremendous value. In the progress, had gained many GIVING friends in IAF. Thank you very much.

I joined IAF in 2015 . I have gained tremendously and grown richer in my understanding of Facilitation, Processes, understanding of the way to design and deliver successful interventions . The community is open, supportive and rich in both the interaction as well as learning it enables through different platforms for its members.
